General Terms of Service

Workflow

  • I do not work until payment has been received. Payment must be made upfront, unless discussed otherwise with the commissioner.

  • Before commissioning me, please keep in mind: I am a chronically ill individual. My work process can be slow at the best of times. You are more than welcome to request progress updates, but patience is much appreciated!

  • As a general rule, I will prioritize my health first and foremost. If anything happens that would otherwise hinder my ability to progress or finish your commission, I will let you know.

  • I typically finish a commission within 2-3 weeks after receiving payment. However, this can vary depending on commission complexity and size. I will do my best to give you a timeframe by which I will have your piece done.

  • If you would like to see progress/status updates on your piece, feel free to take a look at my Trello board. I have all my commissions listed with detailed labels there!

Due Dates

  • If you have a due date in which you need your art by (i.e. VTuber debuts, events, etc.), please let me know beforehand!!

  • I'm happy to work around dates, but I need to know so I can prioritize it within my schedule.

Sketch Phase & Revisions

  • I will send you progress updates throughout the entire process of your commission.

  • I am more than happy to edit your piece during the sketch phase!

  • Edits requested after the sketch phase will require a small extra charge.

Refunds

  • If I cannot meet your needs, I will happily issue a full refund!

  • Commissions that have already been started past the sketch phase will only be issued a partial refund, unless it's a fault on my part (such as poor time management, etc.)

Payment

  • If you would like an overview over my pricing, you may refer to my commission examples page.

  • Please keep in mind that the listed prices are an estimate.

  • Depending on character complexity, the amount of characters and level of detail, the price can and will vary. I will always inform you of the final price and wait for your explicit consent to the agreement before requesting any payment.

Merchandising & Commercial Rights

  • If you want to use your commission for things like merch, please contact me beforehand! Commercial rights are 20% of the base price.

NSFW Commissions

  • You must be 18 years or older to commission NSFW art.

  • NSFW commissions require an age verification and are not accessible to anyone underage.

Before Commissioning Me

  • You MUST have a reference of your character(s) to send beforehand.

  • I do not care if it's an MS Paint doodle or a professionally done reference. You must have some sort of references for your characters and ideas.

  • Feel free to send me bases, photos and other examples to help envision your piece!

  • SFW AND UNSHADED references are preferred, but not necessary!

If you send me any AI pictures or stolen artwork for your references, your commission will be denied and you will be added to a blocklist.

What I Draw

I WILL DRAW

  • Humans & humanoids

  • Fantasy species and races (depending on complexity)

  • anthros and furries

  • Cutesy or "chibis"

  • Most animals/pets

  • Fanart and original characters

  • Pinups

  • NSFW (I am relatively new to this, but happy to try!)

  • Body horror (this is generally dependent on complexity and subject matter, so please DM me beforehand!)

I WILL NOT DRAW

  • Gore

  • Realism

  • Mecha/robots

  • Detailed armor and overly complex designs (if you have questions or concerns, feel free to email me or DM me!)

  • Complex backgrounds

  • Problematic/controversial ships

  • Problematic/controversial individuals

  • Fetish art (mostly due to lack of practice on my end.)

  • Hateful or discriminating subject matter, including (but not limited to) homophobia, transphobia, ableism, racism and hate symbols.

Other

  • Please be patient and respectful. I am still somewhat new to taking commissions outside of my friend groups, so I am a little anxious. I value friendly and open communication with everyone, so please feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns!

  • I value kindness and communication first and foremost. If you commission me (or anyone), please make an effort to keep in touch. Immediate responses are obviously not expected or obligated - however, neglecting communication for weeks/months after commissioning me may result in a block from me.

  • I have the right to deny a commission for whatever reason, especially if I feel my boundaries are violated.

Agreements

I, the artist:

  • Reserve the rights to all of my commissioned work, including replication and merchandising.

  • Reserve the rights to post commissioned works to my socials, unless the commissioner has stated otherwise.

  • Reserve the right to deny a commission request, regardless of circumstances.

  • Do not permit my art (under any circumstances whatsoever) to be traced, edited or altered in any way, shape or form.

  • I do not, under any circumstance whatsoever, permit my work to be fed to AI, minted or NFT'd.

You, the commissioner:

  • MAY NOT claim my artwork as your own.

  • MAY NOT remove or edit my watermarks. If you would like a watermark removed for personal use (such as PFPs), please let me know!

  • MAY NOT alter, trace or edit any of my work, under any circumstance.

  • MAY NOT, under any circumstances whatsoever, permit my work to be fed to AI, minted or NFT'd.
